I wanted to personally invite you to join the #SoFITfia30 Monthly Challenge! 30 day plan to jumpstart people’s lifestyle change. Many people have fallen off track and this may be the best thing for motivation! They get access to a meal plan with options (MEAT EATING or VEGETARIAN), an exercise plan (GYM AND AT-HOME OPTIONS), a grocery list and one-on-one coaching with Sofia. The challenge starts the beginning of the month, but individuals will be receiving all of their PDF files before then to prepare.
