SoFITfia Bands are the newest creation and product from SoFITfia! Available in a set of low (white), medium (yellow) and high (gray) resistances and comes with a bag for carrying purposes. For the longest time, Sofia has mastered Glute Training and saw there was a need for durable bands that didn't break or are annoying to use in the gym like the rubber ones that are currently on the market. SoFITfia bands will not only NOT break on you in the middle of a workout, but will give you a better workout as well! In addition to glute and leg training, these bands are perfect for some upper body movements, core exercises, and stretching. Easy to pack for vacation or work trips, get your exercise going in a hotel, airport, or outside!
Please read the following "Instructions for Care and Use" carefully prior to use in order to get the best results and avoid injury. If you have experienced a previous injury, then please also consult with your physician.
Instructions for Care
Wash separately in cold water on the delicate cycle. Do NOT use fabric softener, fabric conditioner, or bleach. Lay flat to dry. For spot and stain cleaning, dampen a clean cloth with cold water. Apply mild soap to the cloth, do NOT use any harsh cleaners or place soap directly on your SoFITfia Bands. Gently rub the soiled area in a circular motion.
Instructions for Use
Select the SoFITfia Band with the appropriate level of resistance.
Grey for Low, Lime for Medium, and White for High
The goal is to increase the challenge for your workout by activating the muscles on your outer legs without EVER sacrificing form. If your form has been compromised, then go down a level of resistance. Don’t worry; you will work your way up!
For lower body exercises, step into the selected SoFITfia Band, one foot at a time, and slide it up your legs.
The further the SoFITfia Band is from your hips, the more resistance you will experience.
Ensure that the SoFITfia Band is at least an inch away from your joints (knees and ankles).
For upper body exercises, place your hands into the selected SoFITfia Band and slide it up your arms.
The further the SoFITfia Band is from your shoulders, the more resistance you will experience.
Ensure that the SoFITfia Band is at least an inch away from your joints (elbows and wrists).
